There may be changes and additions as enrollment grows and we receive feedback on class times. New members must attend a weekday class upon first enrolling. For membership details, including how to register for a complimentary class, visit the membership page. Please note that complimentary classes are for residents ONLY. Visitors must pay a drop-in fee of $20 or buy a 3-pack for extended stays. Thanks!

Tu,Th         6:30am,  9:15am & 5:30pm

FLOW YOGA w Zoe Story Tu,Th 7:45am $8 member, $12 non-members
