The TherX class time on M,W,F at 10:00am is a slower paced class for post-injury or people who just need a little more time!! They consider themselves 'advanced' and now refer to themselves as the 'A-Team'... Come join in on the fun!

After a near fatal illness last year, Jean has spent the past 6 months regaining her strength, balance & coordination.  Her secret is consistency and the support of the A-Team! Whoop whoop!


Anna White- - 4 children, teaching and a 25 mile ONE WAY commute does NOT stop Anna from her nightly routine! Whoop, whoop!
SIERRA SMITH, is the very first recipient of this award. She has lost 75 pounds and has been inspiring Mary Jo and all of the members with her dedication! Whoop Whoop!!!

SPORTS YOGA & STRETCH with Kali Glosser!

ATR Ironwoman, and former yoga specialist in Argentina, Kali Glosser, will guide you through a form of sports yoga that will better suit the athletic goals of our ATR membership. This class is for MEMBERS ONLY.  Sports Yoga is now on SATURDAYS at 3:00pm, come for a bit or stay for 90M. The perfect adjunct to your ATR strength & conditioning routine. PLEASE bring your own yoga mat!
